New Delhi।Union Minister of Housing and Urban Affairs, Shri Manohar Lal, was presented with a cheque of ₹307.79 crore by Shri Sanjay Kulshrestha, CMD of Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO), as interim dividend payout for FY 2024-25 to the Government of India, in the presence of Shri Tokhan Sahu, Union Minister of State for Housing and Urban Affairs, Shri S.P Singh, Additional Secretary MoHUA, Shri M. Nagaraj Director (Corporate Planning) and Shri Daljeet Singh Khatri Director (Finance), today in New Delhi.

Commending HUDCO’s contribution and its role in India’s urban transformation, the Union Minister of State, Shri Tokhan Sahu said, “ HUDCO continues to play a crucial role in India’s urban transformation with significant contribution towards advancing sustainable housing solutions and urban infrastructure projects. HUDCO’s unwavering commitment towards urban growth aligns perfectly with the Government’s vision of ‘Housing for All’ and world-class urban infrastructure.”

Under the dynamic leadership of the Modi Government, HUDCO has demonstrated strong financial results, ensuring continued support for housing and urban development initiatives across the country. The corporation has played an instrumental role in financing housing projects for economically weaker sections, as well as major infrastructure projects aimed at enhancing urban development.
